Steyning Cricket Club is situated in the heart of the country town of Steyning in West Sussex, close to the City of Brighton and Hove, enjoying spectacular views over the South Downs and Chanctonbury Ring.
Steyning has a proud history and is one of the oldest clubs in Sussex, with cricket having been played in the town since 1721. The country setting hides a competitive and ambitious club, with the 1st XI currently playing in Sussex Cricket League - Division 4.
The club runs three adult men's cricket sides, a ladies' team, a Midweek XI, and is also very proud of the thriving Colts section. Steyning CC is a busy and varied social club with many sports and activities taking place throughout the year, including golf, darts, stoolball and crib. New members are always very welcome, whether for cricket, other activities or as a social member.
